Job summary

CSG Talent partners with a leading protein manufacturer to appoint an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Director who will lead safety, environmental compliance and risk management across multi-site manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate blends strategic vision with hands-on execution on the plant floor, embeds a proactive safety culture, drives KPIs, and partners with plant leadership to deliver measurable improvements in workplace safety and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in EHS within manufacturing, ideally food-related.
• Proven track record across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Experience reducing incident rates and embedding safety culture.
• Experience leading incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive EHS strategy.
• Lead EHS programs across multi-site facilities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and environmental permitting.
