Job summary

RTX in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a Manufacturing Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement while aligning with business strategies. You will manage about 200 direct and indirect reports, deploy Lean practices, and collaborate with planning and logistics to optimize scheduling and materials flow at the site.

Qualifications

• University degree or advanced degree with required years of experience.
• 4+ years of leadership in manufacturing or operations.
• 2+ years experience with QMS such as AS9100/ISO 9001.
• Experience using ERP systems for manufacturing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely production of quality products at the lowest cost.
• Deploy manufacturing policies aligned with site strategy and operating plans.
• Execute Lean management systems and leader standard work.
• Drive accountability to daily results and implement rapid corrective actions.
• Oversee training and development of ~200 direct and indirect reports.
