Job summary

MOO is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to steer production operations at our US locations. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost while developing a high‑performing, data‑driven team across three shifts.

You will partner with engineering, supply chain and product teams to scale operations, implement lean processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to sustain our competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Leaner mindset with track record of improving processes, reducing waste and KPIs.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations in high‑mix, high‑volume environments.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supervisors and Team Leads across three shifts.
• Adopt data- and process-led approaches to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale goals.
• Plan short- and medium-term initiatives to meet long-term manufacturing targets.
• Coach and develop workforce to build engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service and Product teams to solve challenges.
• Embed continuous improvement culture to simplify and standardize ways of working.
• Lead standardization projects to improve efficiency and create lasting change.
• Manage staffing, resources and labor budgets balancing operations and cost.
• Champion safety-first culture and safe working environments.
• Oversee introduction of new products, processes and equipment.
