Job summary

MOO seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to steer our 24/5 production operations from our East Providence site. You will guide Supervisors and Teams across three shifts, driving safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements while scaling operations and introducing new products and processes.

You will champion continuous improvement, collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain and Customer Service, and develop people through coaching and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• LEAN experience and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Proven ability to improve processes, reduce waste and strengthen KPIs.
• Experience managing in high-mix, high-volume production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support Supervisors and Team Leads across three shifts.
• Take a data- and process-led approach to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale goals.
• Stay flexible and respond quickly to changing priorities; make smart day-to-day decisions.
• Create short- and medium-term plans that support Manufacturing’s long-term goals.
• Build an engaged, motivated workforce through coaching and development.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service and Product teams to solve challenges.
• Embed continuous improvement to strengthen performance and reduce waste; standardize ways of working.
• Lead standardization projects to improve efficiency and lasting change.
• Manage staffing, resources and labor budgets balancing needs with cost.
• Lead the introduction of new products, processes and equipment into Manufacturing.
