Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years manufacturing experience, or equivalent with more years.
• 3 years direct supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Coaches to safety, quality, delivery, cost, production, and employee involvement goals.
• Optimize production schedules, labor, capacity, and material requirements.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, including 6S, Gemba walks, standard work, Kaizen, and waste elimination.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained and products meet requirements.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and OSHA requirements.
