Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with ≥4 years in manufacturing process improvement.
• Experience leading improvement within manufacturing.
• Experience analyzing operational data to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple functions.
• Experience using improvement tools to boost productivity, quality, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide manufacturing excellence initiatives to improve SQDC performance.
• Develop and execute operational improvement strategies aligned with site objectives.
• Analyze processes and performance data to identify opportunities and drive measurable results.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Operational Excellence methodologies to reduce waste and strengthen process capability.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decisions.
