Job summary

Medtronic plc in North Haven, CT seeks a Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst to lead site-wide manufacturing excellence initiatives, focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) using data-driven methods on the manufacturing floor.

You will develop strategies, analyze processes, guide cross-functional projects, apply Lean Six Sigma, and maintain KPI dashboards to drive measurable improvements in productivity, compliance, and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading business process improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Experience analyzing operational data, identifying performance gaps, and implementing measurable improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving results through collaboration.
• Experience using process improvement tools and methodologies to improve productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to improve SQDC performance.
• Develop and execute operational improvement strategies aligned with site objectives and targets.
• Analyze processes and performance data to identify opportunities and drive measurable results.
• Facilitate cross-functional projects with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and Operational Excellence methodologies to reduce waste and improve capability.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decisions.
