Job summary

You will deploy Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and Operational Excellence techniques, analyze performance data, and collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations to deliver measurable results and robust KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in manufacturing improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving results.
• Experience using Lean/Six Sigma/Operational Excellence methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
• Develop and execute operational improvement strategies aligned with site objectives.
• Analyze manufacturing processes, operational metrics, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive measurable results.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement projects involving Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools that support data-driven decision-making.
• Review and improve manufacturing documentation, procedures, and process controls to support compliance and operational effectiveness.
