Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing or operations, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and hands-on experience with 5S, VSM, SMED, poka-yoke, and digital manufacturing tools such as MES/MOM and IIoT pilots.

Qualifications

10+ years in manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, or operations.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required with DMAIC project leadership.
Experience planning and facilitating Kaizen or Rapid Improvement Events.
Knowledge of core Lean tools (5S, VSM, standard work, visual management, SMED, poka-yoke).
Comfort working on the production floor with hourly and salaried teams.

Responsibilities

Deploy the enterprise Manufacturing Excellence framework at the site.
Plan, facilitate, and close out Kaizen and Rapid Improvement Events.
Lead Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects addressing site-level quality, cost, and delivery gaps.
Coach site supervisors, engineers, and hourly team members in Lean and Six Sigma.
Support site-level pilots of smart factory and digital manufacturing tools.
Provide floor-level feedback on usability and adoption of new manufacturing technology.
