CACI International Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Engineer to deploy and sustain the enterprise Manufacturing Excellence framework at the site level.

You will drive Kaizen events, lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and coach hourly and salaried teams on daily improvement on the production floor. The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing or operations, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred), and hands-on experience with production-floor improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.
• Hands-on experience planning and facilitating Kaizen or Rapid Improvement Events.

Responsabilités

• Deploy the enterprise Manufacturing Excellence framework at the site level using standard work and maturity models.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects addressing site-level quality, cost, and delivery gaps with DMAIC.
• Plan, facilitate, and close out Kaizen events and Rapid Improvement Events at the site and track results.
• Support site-level pilots of smart factory and digital manufacturing tools (MES/MOM, IIoT) as directed by the roadmap.
