Qualifications

HS diploma or GED required.
8+ years as a manufacturing, process or equipment technician.
8+ years installing, setting up and troubleshooting equipment.
5+ years reading blueprints, schematics, process sheets.

Responsibilities

Lead installation, setup and fine-tuning of equipment, fixtures and tooling.
Provide advanced technical support to operations to maintain process standards and cycle times.
Perform tests, measurements, capability studies and process documentation.
Troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
Build and maintain process sheets, work instructions and visual aids.
