Working with limited supervision, this senior technical role is a key resource on the production floor. **Key Responsibilities:** * Leads the installation, setup and fine-tuning of equipment, fixtures and tooling.* Provides advanced technical support to operations to hold process standards and cycle times.* Performs tests, measurements, capability studies and process documentation.* Troubleshoots complex process and equipment issues and implements corrective actions.* Builds and maintains process sheets, work instructions and visual aids.* Supports line launches, trials and process-improvement projects.* Provides guidance and training to less-experienced technicians and operators.**Required Qualifications:** * HS diploma or GED* 8+ years of experience as a manufacturing, process or equipment technician.* 8+ years of hands-on experience installing, setting up and troubleshooting equipment, fixtures and tooling.* 5+ years of experience reading and interpret blueprints, schematics, process sheets and work instructions. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Two-year/associate degree or technical certification in manufacturing, mechanical, electromechanical or a related field.* HVAC industry experience* Strong working knowledge of measurement/inspection tools and capability studies.* Experience applying Lean tools (5S, standard work) and structured problem-solving.* Proven ability to work with limited supervision and guide other technicians* Experience supporting new line launches and equipment commissioning.* Knowledge of PLCs, automation and robotic cells.* Lean / Six Sigma certification. **Pay Range**The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
