Job summary

Employee Magnets is seeking a Senior Facility Maintenance Technician for Fort Worth-area operations. The role requires recent experience in critical environments, including semiconductor facilities, with responsibility for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining essential utility systems to ensure 24/7 reliability.

You will lead maintenance activities, mentor technicians, and coordinate with vendors, ensuring compliance with safety standards and LOTO procedures.

Qualifications

RECENT facility operations and maintenance experience in semiconductor or similar critical environments required.
Experience with HVAC, chilled water, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Knowledge of facility monitoring systems (FMCS/BMS/SCADA) preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and operate facility systems through FMCS, BMS, and SCADA platforms.
Lead troubleshooting and recovery of HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, vacuum, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Respond to facility alarms and abnormal operating conditions.
Coordinate maintenance with vendors, contractors, and engineering teams.
Maintain maintenance records and CMMS documentation.
Ensure safety compliance, LOTO, and company policies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance technicians.
