Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician at a Fort Worth manufacturing facility. You will execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and support equipment installation and commissioning across shifts.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience and a trade school/technical degree, with CMMS and PLC knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Trade school/technical/associate degree required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Executes preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance routines.
• Diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
• Supports installation, startup, and integration of equipment.
• Record interventions in CMMS / maintenance management system.
• Work across shifts ensuring uptime and safety.
