Lockheed Martin Corporation in Ocala, FL is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager to oversee production Manufacturing Engineers supporting the JASSM and LRASM programs.

You will lead efforts to develop advanced manufacturing processes, implement automation, and optimize layouts. The role emphasizes data-driven improvements and collaboration with design teams to ensure operational excellence.

Formación

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Prior engineering leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.

Responsabilidades

• Manage production Manufacturing Engineers supporting JASSM and LRASM programs.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, layouts and procedures.
• Drive adoption of automation, robotics and digital tools for efficiency and quality.
• Analyze 3D models and data to optimize manufacturing and create work instructions.
• Leverage factory data and SPC to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Provide input to product design to optimize manufacturing techniques.
