Lockheed Martin in Ocala, FL seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers supporting AirDominance, JASSM, or LRASM programs. You will drive manufacturing processes, layouts, and adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency, cost and quality.

Responsibilities include developing 3D model data to optimize processes, applying SPC, and providing input to product design to leverage equipment and techniques. Candidates must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and professional engineering experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and production layouts.
• Drive adoption of automation, robotics and CAD/CAM tools for efficiency.
• Analyze factory data and apply statistical methods for continuous improvement.
• Provide input to design concepts to optimize manufacturing techniques.
