Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 7-10 years of engineering experience.
• 2-3 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving, team, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to design, implement, and continually improve manufacturing processes.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve floor efficiency and culture.
• Analyze products/processes for cost reductions, quality improvements, and throughput.
• Manage capacity models for equipment, floor space, and headcount across two facilities.
• Collaborate with product design/development to integrate new products using DFMA principles.
• Coordinate with HR on staffing, development, and performance management.
• Mentor and develop team members to reach performance goals.
