Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; preferred industrial/mechanical focus.
• 8–10 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean, 5S, RCA, and process documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing system improvements across production lines.
• Develop work instructions, drawings, tests, and assembly processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement.
• Support regulatory testing and validation protocols.
