Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven work experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or process engineering.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Investigate complex process issues and develop practical engineered solutions.
• Independent worker who collaborates with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing methods, equipment, tooling, standards.
• Manage multiple projects in fast-moving environment with proper documentation.
• Clear written communication skills for reporting and docs.
• Excellent verbal communication with employees, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and risk assessments.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with robotic operations and installation preferred.
• Sheet metal manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing manufacturing systems and identify efficiency improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes using engineering practices.
• Assess production processes, measure, interpret data, and translate findings.
• Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining quality.
• Lead process development projects, manage timelines and priorities.
• Serve as technical resource for manufacturing and quality questions.
• Identify and apply best practices and emerging technologies.
• Determine manufacturing costs using established methodologies.
• Transition process improvements into plant operations with cross-functional teams.
