Job summary

Mustang Survival Mfg Inc in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing systems within production and extend impact to Mustang Survival and sister companies. You will implement Lean processes to boost efficiency, quality and flexibility while collaborating with product, quality, and supply chain teams.

The role requires 8–10 years in manufacturing, experience with NPI, and proficiency in SolidWorks/AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent preferred.
• 8–10 years in manufacturing environment.
• Experience with NPI and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing systems formulation and management within production in Jacksonville, FL.
• Drive LEAN, 5S and Six Sigma initiatives to improve capacity and quality.
• Develop work instructions, drawings, tests, and manufacturing fixtures.
• Support testing, validation, and regulatory compliance protocols.
• Mentor junior engineers and develop training resources.
