Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in South Bend, Indiana seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of ~12 Manufacturing Engineers and drive daily operations, process improvements, and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Product Engineering, own manufacturing methods, document standards, and lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of manufacturing engineering or related experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers and drive daily operations.
• Develop strategies to improve throughput, quality and cost.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and problem-solving to manufacturing challenges.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Product Engineering and Maintenance.
