Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace, in South Bend, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers, drive productivity, quality, and cost improvements, and partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Product Engineering.

This on-site role will own critical manufacturing processes and strategic initiatives, guiding long-term plans and sustaining a culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of manufacturing engineering, operations engineering, industrial engineering, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing process improvements within a production environment.
• Experience leading, supervising, or developing engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, process development, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to solve complex manufacturing and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
