Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of aerospace manufacturing engineering and/or project engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading manufacturing and/or engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for advanced manufacturing engineering initiatives.
• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies.
• Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
