Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to head the ISC AME team for New Product Introduction programs within Engines & Power Systems. You will drive NPI from proposal through full production, aligning with strategic goals and customer requirements.

You will report to the Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and operate from the Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid schedule, collaborating with diverse teams to optimize processes and ensure product quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
Minimum 5 years in aerospace/defense/automotive industries.
Minimum 7+ years in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and NPI methodologies.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead the ISC Engineering AME team for NPI programs from proposal to full rate production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline NPI processes and improve time-to-market.
Provide technical expertise to resolve manufacturing issues and ensure product quality.
