Job summary
Regal Rexnord Corporation is a global leader in automation solutions, motors and power transmission, serving industries worldwide. This onsite role leads Manufacturing Engineering and Development teams within the Aerospace segment, focusing on cost, throughput, and process improvements.
The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, mentor teams, and collaborate across Quality, Procurement, NPD, and Engineering, while ensuring AS9100 compliance and capital equipment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years mfg experience in metal cutting, grinding, machining, or assembly.
- 5+ years in manufacturing automation systems and project leadership.
- Strong Lean, 6S, DMAIC knowledge and metrics reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor Manufacturing Engineering and Development teams.
- Implement process improvements to reduce cost, lead times, and scrap.
- Develop and maintain metrics for Manufacturing engineering, development, and programming.
- Oversee projects and annual CI/AIP for cost savings.
- Coordinate cross-functional work across Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Engineering.
- Guide design reviews to address manufacturing issues.
