Job summary

The role requires a BS in engineering, 5–10 years in supplier quality, knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001, and ability to travel 5–10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of Supplier Quality Assurance experience.
• US Person with permanent residence required.
• Willing to travel 5–10% domestically.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Use data-driven problem solving to improve key quality metrics.
• Facilitate suppliers in data collection and root cause analysis.
• Conduct reviews of nonconforming product as part of MRB.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments.
• Develop and refine receiving inspection plans.
• Develop and lead qualification plans for outsourcing and supplier changes.
• Drive quality system requirements in line with customer needs.
• Promote a culture of quality at the source and pursue continuous improvement.
