Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead manufacturing excellence across our site, drive new product introductions, and deliver life-saving medical products with quality and efficiency.

You will shape the engineering strategy with senior leadership, coach a team of engineers and technicians, and promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in medical devices/pharma/healthcare.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams and complex projects.
• Knowledge of FDA, ISO, cGMP in manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and partner management.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with CAD, simulation tools, and data analysis.
