Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our manufacturing group, leading maintenance and process upgrade activities across the plant.

You will mentor colleagues, manage your time, and influence project outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, implement cGMPs and FDA-compliant procedures, and develop documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Sciences with manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in product development, change control, validations, or related areas.
• Master’s degree or PhD with 1–2 years of experience acceptable as equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and complete engineering maintenance and process upgrade tasks.
• Use project management tools to achieve cost reductions per the strategic plan.
• Coordinate plant schedule and resources within the assigned manufacturing area.
• Support troubleshooting and provide technical support to equipment and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, Safety and FDA regulations.
