Job summary

Inalfa Roof Systems Group B.V. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to design and optimize automotive roof system assembly lines. You will generate manufacturing process documentation and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Materials to improve efficiency and cost.

Candidates should have extensive experience in manufacturing processes and IATF 16949 standards. The role emphasizes line balancing, process improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing or related field; or 8–10 years of related experience.
• Masters degree would be a plus.
• Ability to read/interpret technical procedures and manufacturing documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design or redesign of assembly lines and create process docs.
• Support TS 16949 requirements and Kaizen initiatives.
• Lead DOE projects and improve line efficiency and first-pass yields.
