Job summary

Inalfa Roof Systems Group B.V. is seeking a General Manager to oversee the financial and operational success of one or more assembly/production locations. You will manage production staff, quality, engineering, safety, and logistics while aligning with regional strategies and customer expectations.

The role reports to the Regional EVP & Managing Director and requires strong leadership, budget control, and a track record in automotive manufacturing at a Sr. leadership level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Operations/Engineering/Finance.
• 10+ years of Sr. leadership in automotive assembly.
• Full P&L experience for $250M-$400M facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, efficient operations to meet quality and output.
• Lead staff to achieve performance targets and KPI adherence.
• Develop and manage annual budgets including overhead and cost improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery.
