Job summary

Inalfa Roof Systems Group B.V. in Acworth, GA, is seeking a Sustaining Engineering Manager to lead day-to-day engineering, manufacturing and controls efforts for automotive roof systems.

You will mentor engineers, drive robust designs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001, while collaborating with global teams. Travel regionally and globally as needed; a Bachelor's in Engineering is required and an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing, developing and launching electrical/mechatronic automotive assemblies.
• Acts as go-to person for electrical engineering disciplines.
• Proven communication and problem-solving skills across teams and customers.
• Willingness to travel regionally and globally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day engineering activities within Sustaining Engineering.
• Mentor and develop staff, manage budgets and schedules, and drive cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure robust designs, adherence to PRP and product realization standards.
• Collaborate with NA operations and global teams on technical council objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement, DFMEA usage, and design standard enforcement.
