Job summary

Inalfa Roof Systems Group B.V. seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support and innovate bonding processes for sunroofs, especially top slider designs. You will work with the Advance Process team on new programs and processes.

You will lead process verification, drive equipment and material improvements, and direct lab activities while collaborating with product engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and ongoing quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, automotive bonding/adhesive processes a plus.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with strong documentation and MS Office skills.
• Experience with bonding chemistry and process control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit bonding operations in manufacturing facilities.
• Drive resolution of bonding issues and improve processes.
• Prescribe verification testing in quality plans.
• Direct lab activities for process issues and supplier audits.
• Lead engineering resources with cross-functional teams on new programs.
