Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years, or graduate degree with 4+ years, or 10+ years experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes using Lean methodology including process certification and improvement tools.
• Develop manufacturing and assembly processes; determine tooling, loading, setups and handling instructions.
• Support welding process development and tooling requirements for complex configurations.
• Utilize engineering software to monitor design updates and ensure alignment between engineering and manufacturing configurations.
• Evaluate geometric dimensioning and tolerancing for machining and measuring methods to meet specs.
• Perform risk assessments to ensure safety and environmental compliance.
