Job summary

• Graduate degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lean processes and lead certifications and Kaizen events.
• Develop and defend strategic manufacturing plans and risk assessments.
• Differentiate suppliers by technical and business criteria for selection.
• Create rework dispositions and write work instructions for components.
• Plan tooling, machine loading, setups, and material handling improvements.
• Support welding processes and determine tooling for welding.
