Job summary

Motive Workforce in the Greater Los Angeles Area is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III, IV, or V to support fabrication, assembly, and integration of advanced rocket engine hardware. The role partners with machining, welding, and production teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges and improve processes.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience, have CAD experience (Creo/ProE, CATIA), GD&T knowledge, and be eligible for DoD Secret clearance or already

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience or equivalent.
• Experience with machining, welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly.
• Knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing process development.
• CAD experience in Creo/ProE, CATIA, or similar tools.
• Aerospace, defense, or other high-precision manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes for precision machined aerospace components.
• Design tooling and fixtures using Creo, CATIA, or similar CAD software.
• Support machining, welding, assembly, and integration operations.
• Review engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing requirements.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen and VSM.
• Drive process improvements, risk assessments, and production planning.
• Manage cross-functional manufacturing projects from concept to production.

We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer level III, IV or V to support the fabrication, assembly, and integration of advanced rocket engine and power system hardware. What You'll Do:

• Develop manufacturing processes for precision machined aerospace components
