Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• Graduate Degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• 35% - Manage processes using Lean methods; develop strategic manufacturing plans and improve supplier selection.
• 20% - Develop and implement manufacturing and assembly process improvements; determine tooling and setups.
• 20% - Welding support for complex configurations; determine tooling for welding.
• 15% - Change management; monitor design updates and align engineering and manufacturing docs.
• 10% - Specify GD&T for tight tolerance machining and verify tooling requirements.
• Perform risk assessments to ensure safety and security; travel may be required; ability to obtain US SECRET clearance.
