Job summary

You will drive operational excellence, mentor teams, and partner across Product Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure manufacturability and serviceability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive manufacturing engineering roles in production environments.
• Proven expertise in process development, optimization, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Serve as technical authority for manufacturing projects and mentor engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Production to ensure manufacturability and serviceability.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new manufacturing technologies, automation, and equipment.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement CAPA for manufacturing and production issues.
