Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical/Physics or related field.
• 10+ years in high-volume optical transceiver/manufacturing.
• 2–3 years in people management or team lead role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of process/manufacturing engineers.
• Define and deploy manufacturing processes for 800G/1.6T products.
• Own process documentation and change control per QMS.
