Job summary

Lumicity is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Milwaukee. This role focuses on the development and optimization of metal fabrication processes for regulated electro-mechanical products. Responsibilities include process improvements, tooling design, and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications include a degree in engineering and 2+ years of fabrication manufacturing experience. Familiarity with CAD software and ISO standards is preferred. Local candidates are encouraged to apply, as relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of fabrication manufacturing experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize metal fabrication processes including laser cutting, welding, and machining.
• Create and maintain work instructions and process documentation.
• Support product launches and design transfers.
