Job summary

Lumicity is seeking an Industrial Engineer in Greater Houston, TX, to own process-improvement initiatives across manufacturing. You will collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, planning, and operations to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable processes that support growth.

The role requires hands-on experience in IE/OPEx with a strong Lean toolbox and a track record of delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Systems Engineering or closely related field.
• Hands-on experience improving manufacturing operations in IE/OPEX/Continuous Improvement roles.
• Own end-to-end process mapping and redesign initiatives across multiple departments.
• Ability to independently solve complex, ambiguous operational problems without predefined methods.
• Experience developing and implementing new processes and operating standards.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and IE methods: VSM, process mapping, RCA, time studies, material flow, standard work, CI.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements.
