Job summary
Generac is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Sr to drive ongoing process improvements across the value chain. You will develop and refine manufacturing processes and product quality by studying methods, identifying improvements, and partnering with shop floor for implementation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
- 5+ years related experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency with CAD tools and manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead area layouts, process definitions, and equipment/tooling approvals.
- Drive GFS implementation across order-to-cash processes.
- Coordinate successful NPI launches within Operations.
- Support facility transformation and technology transfer.
- Maintain process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with shop floor to optimize throughput and costs.
