Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• 1–3 years related engineering experience in a similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate successful launch of New Product Introductions (NPI) within operations.
• Contribute to facility transformation and technology transfer.
• Maintain and improve mixed model lines or value streams.
• Implement policies, procedures and process documentation for continuous improvement.
• Promote continuous improvement of manufacturing methods, systems and controls.
• Collaborate with shop floor personnel to improve processes.
• Define area layouts, processes, and justify equipment.
