Generac is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements and support New Product Introductions across our value streams. You will collaborate with shop floor teams to define layouts, tooling, and controls for high-mix/low-volume production.

This role focuses on implementing lean methodologies and ensuring on-time launches for data-center backup energy solutions, delivering cost-efficient manufacturing across the Oshkosh facility.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• 3–5 years of engineering experience in a similar environment.
• Experience with process improvement and NPI.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate successful New Product Introductions (NPI) within Operations.
• Support data center backup energy product lines and technology transfer.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, layouts, and tooling.
