Generac, a Wisconsin-based leader in power solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support new product introductions and drive continuous improvement across Operations. You will partner with shop floor teams to optimize manufacturing methods, implement lean principles, and ensure efficient, cost-conscious production of mixed-model lines for data-center backup energy solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• 3-5 years related experience in the Engineering function.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and lean process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate successful launches of New Product Introductions (NPI) within Operations.
• Contribute to facility transformation and technology transfer.
• Ensure execution of process improvements with documented policies and procedures.
• Deploy standard tools, methodologies, and processes for continuous improvement.
• Work with shop floor personnel to optimize manufacturing methods and controls.
• Support high mix, low and high volume production environments.
