Regal Rexnord Corp in Union Grove, WI is seeking a senior Manufacturing Engineer III to drive complex process improvements and capital projects at the Union Grove site, known as the center of excellence for gear boxes. The role provides technical leadership across production areas, focusing on safety, quality, cost, and delivery to support operational excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related.
• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment with heavy assembly experience.
• Proven success leading complex process improvements and capital projects; strong PM and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with root cause analysis, statistical problem solving and process optimization.
• Proficient in manufacturing performance metrics and data analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for assembly and manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems.
• Act as a key technical resource for production, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams.
• Provide engineering leadership for major plant initiatives and strategic projects.
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and process governance across operations.
