Job summary
Halo Industries, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to move complex production equipment from R&D to pilot manufacturing, ensuring manufacturability and robust build/test processes.
You will lead DfX and tech transfer, develop scalable processes, build tooling, and coordinate with R&D, CM, and quality for a smooth NPI rollout. Required: BS in Electrical/Mechanical engineering, 5+ years in capital equipment or related fields, strong CAD/ERP/PLM skills and proven project
Qualifications
- BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering (MS preferred).
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering for capital equipment or similar.
- Experience releasing prototype designs to pilot/full production.
Responsibilities
- Lead DfX and technical transfer activities.
- Develop scalable manufacturing and test processes.
- Design and validate tooling, fixtures, and test stands.
- Prepare work instructions, SOPs, and documentation.
