Halo Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sr.

NPI Project Manager to coordinate the transfer of equipment manufacturing from R&D to the NPI team and ensure successful deployment in production. The role requires strong program management skills, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on involvement in daily NPI engineering activities, with a focus on PLM readiness and knowledge transfer to production facilities worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in EE, ME, materials science, physics, or related field.
• At least 4 years of NPI project management for complex engineering systems.
• Experience moving products from prototype to production.
• Experience leading teams of 5–10 engineers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer of equipment build to NPI team and deploy into production.
• Manage schedules, risks, and status reports for equipment builds.
• Define deliverables and monitor tasks for NPI engineers.
• Drive PLM phase gates and knowledge transfer between R&D and NPI.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and documentation transfer.
• Present status to Halo management and support strategic planning.
