GE Aerospace's Combustors & Structures Lab seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive New Product Introduction manufacturing projects in a low-volume, high-mix environment. You will own hardware development from planning to build, creating process docs and working with design, sourcing, quality, and engine programs teams.

The role emphasizes lean improvements, data driven problem solving, and strong communication with shop floor personnel and management.

Qualificações

• Requires Bachelor's degree or 4+ years manufacturing experience in machining/assembly/inspection.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in machining or related processes.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
• Experience with CNC machining and machine tooling setups.

Responsabilidades

• Work from models/blueprints to develop development hardware and associated documentation.
• Create process docs and instructions for lab technicians.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with design, sourcing, quality and engine programs teams.
• Lead shop improvement projects and apply lean principles.
