Job summary

Broan-NuTone, LLC. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Hartford, WI to drive process development and continuous improvement across Safety, Quality and Productivity.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement robust solutions, and guide capital projects to improve line efficiency and product cost structure. The role requires 6+ years in manufacturing engineering, expertise in Lean, PFMEA, Kaizen, and the ability to communicate with senior leadership while coaching other engineers

Qualifications

• BS in a technical field from an accredited college or university.
• Six+ years of production support and development experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in Lean and Kaizen methods to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and define manufacturing methods and processes for cost-effective, high-quality products.
• Design and develop processes and equipment, including verification testing.
• Lead projects using project management principles and drive cost savings and capital justification.
• Identify risks, set schedules, and communicate status to leadership.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; develop others through coaching.
