The role requires a BS in engineering, 6+ years of production experience, and strong Lean, PFMEA and Kaizen expertise. Onsite in Hartford with broad responsibilities and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering field from an accredited college or university.
• Six+ years of production support and development experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, and Kaizen principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development and equipment design to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams and maintain schedules.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions using problem-solving methodologies.
• Develop optimization programs to increase equipment uptime and OEE.
• Mentor engineers, technicians, interns, and co-ops.
